& Conditions
- London Wedding Videos is a trading
name for Filming For Research Ltd and
all cheques must be made payable to John Roberts.
- A booking is only confirmed/reserved
once the completed Booking Form has been
returned and deposit paid and cleared
in our bank. Until that point dates cannot
be guaranteed and any deposit received
for a date which is no longer available
will be retuned in full with no further
liability on either party.
- London Wedding Videos retains copyright
over all footage, edited or otherwise
which is used in the final production.
- Music
copyright licence for music used in
final edit will be paid for and supplied
in the form of a PPL holographic sticker
attached to your DVD, included in the
package price. Any further copyright
licences required for live music at
Reception or Church choir/music must
be obtained by yourselves – see www.iov.com/mcps.
- It is your responsibility to obtain
any or all permissions and licences that
may be necessary for any location or
venue to be used.

- As most weddings require an attendance
of 9 hours or more, it is asked that
suitable refreshments are provided for
both of our cameramen (this can be a
sandwich and drink or light meal). When
food is not provided, there will be an
additional charge added for purchase
of suitable refreshments.
- The final fee covers all shooting
time until end time agreed as per the
package chosen (i.e. 9pm). Any hours
exceeding this time will be charged
@ £100.00 per hour.
- We strongly recommend that you take
out Wedding Insurance to protect yourselves
as some weddings need to be cancelled
and our cancellation charges are as
follows:
3 months prior to the date – deposit
only
3 -
1 month prior
to date – 50% total cost plus
deposit
1 month to date – 100%
total costs plus deposit.
- Your finished DVD/VHS tapes should
be ready within 14-28 days after the
event. Delivery or postage is
not included in the cost and will be
extra.
- Deposit of £200.00 must be
paid with booking and full and final
costs must be paid one month prior
to event. No filming will begin
until full payment has been made and
cleared in our bank.
- All cheques must be made payable
to JOHN ROBERTS .
Vat is included in the final costs.
